The past couple of months have certainly been hectic to say the least but all good things are created with a little effort and hard work.
March brought me back into the craft fair scene and motivated me to go out and find a few local venders to sell my products. Irritatingly enough life got a little in the way of my progress here (broken down cars, illness and taking a much deserved week off to do wedding planning back home) but I’m back on track for April and looking to get the dye garden in place for a productive summer of dying and making wonderful sustainable homewares.
So lets all pray to the sun gods for a glorious spring here in Wales.
April goals are as followed:
Order Organic Kapok - a natural cushion and toy filling perfect for my zafu meditation cushions.
Begin Shambala festival work! I got the acceptance email a few weeks back and have been on a anxious yet a joyous high ever since! A LOT of work now needs to go into working out signage, accumulating workshop tools and equipment, producing a workshop timetable, as well as making tables and finding a suitable stall to host from, wish me luck.
Website re-work: Collections, blog posts and current events page.
Finish off Indigo dyed products from March
Etsy summit 2019
Start dye garden and get the garden setup for high yield, including fixing my beloved cold frame.
